TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE

Before a purchase is made, please read the following:

  1. Check the compatibility of the digital product that you intend to purchase, to your version of Final Cut Pro and/or Motion software. The compatibility informations can be found at the bottom page of each digital product. For instruction on how to check your version of Final Cut Pro and Motion software, please click here.

  2. Our digital product are created via Apple’s Motion software. We publish the parameters that we deem are useful for customers.

LICENSING

By purchasing a digital product, you are simultaneously buying a license for usage of that product. This license gives you the rights of using the item in several ways.

The License grants you, the Purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the work that you acquire. Your use of the digital products sold by RemyVFX.com, is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The digital product may be used in local, national and international broadcast productions, films, independent films, corporate videos, web videos, website and educational videos;

  2. There is no limitation on the number of times the digital products are used for the aforementioned activities;

  3. There is no limitation on the number of workstations where the digital product, sold by RemyVFX, is used. In other words, you may use the digital product on multiple workstations.

  4. However, whenever the digital products is used in multiple workstations, all workstations must belong to you, the Purchaser.

  5. Whenever the digital products are incorporated in a work, there are no number restrictions of copies of that work that can be reproduced and distributed.

  6. Items purchased may not be redistributed or resold "as-is" or as part of any other collection of files. In other words, you may not re-sell our files as stock footage/media/templates in any way. All digital products purchased from RemyVFX may not be advertised as "your product" in any way.

  7. The Purchaser shall not resell any digital product bought from RemyVFX.com, as a whole or after carrying out total or partial reproduction, disstribute, sublicense, rent, lease, loan, give the digital product to any third party.
