REFUND POLICY

1. Our products are digital by nature. Once a digital product has been purchased by you, there is no rights of cancellation. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. By purchasing our digital products, you agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

2. Request for refund would not be granted if the issue lies with Final Cut Pro and Motion software, which we have no control over.

4. Request for refund would not be granted if the reason for the request is, and not limited to:

   • incompatible software version(s);

   • not liking on how the digital product is supposed to work.
