How is the purchase process like?

  2. Your email would be required during the purchase process.

  3. You would then be presented with an Order Confirmation page.

  4. Upon a successful purchase, customers will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

  5. The digital file could be downloaded via the link.

  6. The aforementioned link to the file will expire 24 hours after the purchase.

What are the payment modes available if I were to purchase any digital product on this website?

How do I install the digital product to my Macbook?

  1. The digital product is in a zip file format

  2. Once you have unzipped the file, you would be presented with a folder (containing the digital files) and an instruction manual in pdf format.

  3. The installation guide is inside the instruction manual.


How do I return the digital product after the purchase and refund my money?
